Delivering Party Sample Clauses

The 'Delivering Party' clause defines which party in an agreement is responsible for providing goods, services, or deliverables to the other party. In practice, this clause identifies the entity that must fulfill certain obligations, such as shipping products, completing work, or transferring assets, and may specify timelines or standards for delivery. Its core function is to clearly allocate responsibility for delivery, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over who must perform which actions under the contract.
