DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE AIRCRAFT UNDER THE LEASE. The Lessor hereby authorizes one or more persons designated by the Lessee as the authorized representative or representatives of the Lessor to accept delivery of the Aircraft from the Seller. By executing and delivering Lease Supplement No. 1, the Lessee confirms to the Lessor that the Lessee has duly and irrevocably accepted delivery of the Aircraft for all purposes of this Lease.
