Delivery and acceptance of the Software and/or Website. 10.1 The Company will complete the design and development of the Software and Website in accordance with the Phases and Specifications set out in the Statement of Work. Once each relevant Phase of the Project is complete the Company shall run the Acceptance Tests set out in the Statement of Work which will test compliance of the Software or Site with the specifications set out in the Statement of Work.
