Common use of Delivery and Collection Clause in Contracts

Delivery and Collection. 3.14.1 The Supplier shall supply the Vehicle on the date and time (or on the day prior) as specified in the Vehicle Order and in accordance with the instructions of the Contracting Authority(s) at the price agreed in the Framework Agreement or Call- Off Agreement (whichever is lower). The Hire Period shall commence at the time requested or when the Hired Vehicle is delivered or picked up and signed for, whichever is the later, and shall terminate at the time specified at the time of booking or when the Hired Vehicle is collected or returned to the Supplier, whichever is the earlier.
