Common use of Delivery and Leasing of the Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Delivery and Leasing of the Aircraft. (a) Leasing of the Aircraft. ----------------------- Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent stated in the Participation Agreement, the Lessor agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee agrees to lease from the Lessor, the Aircraft on the terms and conditions set forth herein, such leasing to be evidenced by the execution and delivery by the Lessor and the Lessee on the Delivery Date of a Lease Supplement.
