Delivery and Payment for the Class C( - ) Notes. The Issuer shall execute and deliver the Class C( - ) Notes to the Indenture Trustee for authentication, and the Indenture Trustee shall deliver the Class C( - ) Notes when authenticated, each in accordance with Sections 203 and 303 of the Indenture.
