Delivery and Receipt of Natural Gas. (a) The Seller agrees to deliver to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser agrees to accept delivery from the Seller in each Delivery Month at the Delivery Points determined pursuant to this Agreement, the Required Delivery Quantity of Natural Gas required to be delivered hereunder in such Delivery Month.
