DELIVERY AND SALES REPORTS. To assist the Company in evaluating current sales and market trends, in advising its manufacturing sources of adjustments desired in production and distribution schedules, and in providing the type of information necessary to provide assistance and counsel to the Dealer, the Dealer shall (1) accurately complete the information prescribed on the vehicle delivery card and forward such card to the Company at or as soon as reasonably possible after the end of the day on which the new VEHICLE is delivered or sold, whichever shall occur first, to the private or fleet customer or to rental or leasing operations, if any, conducted or controlled by the Dealer, and (2) furnish the Company with accurate and complete delivery or sales reports and data relating to the Dealer and his DEALERSHIP OPERATIONS at the times and on such forms as the Company may specify from time to time.
