Delivery by Electronic Mail. This Agreement and any signed agreement entered into in connection herewith or contemplated hereby, and any amendments hereto or thereto, to the extent signed and delivered by means of scanned pages via electronic mail, will be treated in all manner and respect as an original contract and will be considered to have the same binding legal effects as if it were the original signed version thereof delivered in person. At the request of any party hereto, the other party hereto will re-execute original forms thereof and deliver them to the other party hereto. No party hereto will raise the use of electronic mail to deliver a signature or the fact that any signature or contract was transmitted or communicated through the use of electronic mail as a defense to the formation of a contract and each such party forever waives any such defense. This Agreement is not binding unless and until signature pages are executed and delivered by each party hereto.

Delivery by Electronic Mail. Triplicates of this Project Agreement shall be executed by the Developer and delivered to the County. The County shall execute and deliver one executed copy of this Project Agreement to Developer.
