Common use of Delivery by Email Clause in Contracts

Delivery by Email. Save for the notices given by the Lender by email, a notice sent by any of the methods mentioned in clause 12.2 (Delivery of notices) shall be simultaneously dispatched to the contact details given in 12.4 (Contact details) by email, provided that such notice shall be deemed delivered and take effect when delivered in accordance with 12.2 (Delivery of notices). A notice given by the Borrower under or in connection with the Transaction Documents shall not be valid, if sent by email only.
