Delivery by Facsimile or Email. Any delivery of an executed copy of this Agreement by way of facsimile or email shall constitute delivery hereof, provided that any Party delivering by way of facsimile or email shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, deliver the original executed copy to the other Parties.
