Delivery by Facsimile Transmission Clause Samples
The 'Delivery by Facsimile Transmission' clause establishes that documents, notices, or communications required under the agreement can be validly delivered via fax. In practice, this means that sending a signed contract, amendment, or official notice by facsimile is considered legally effective, often specifying that the transmission is deemed received upon successful delivery confirmation. This clause facilitates timely and efficient communication between parties, especially when original hard copies cannot be exchanged quickly, thereby reducing delays and ensuring that contractual obligations and notifications are met promptly.
