Common use of Delivery by hand Clause in Contracts

Delivery by hand. If delivered by hand, the envelope must be deposited in the Transnet tender box which is located at the main entrance of the 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Kilner Park, Pretoria and must be addressed as follows: a) The measurements of the "tender slot" are 400mm wide x 100mm high, and Respondents must please ensure that response documents or files are no larger than the above dimensions.
