Delivery by Issuer. (i) Issuer shall deliver to the Purchaser such instruments, documents and certificates as are required to be delivered by Issuer or its representatives pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. (ii) Issuer shall deliver to Purchaser the share Certificate issued by the Issuer.
