Common use of Delivery by Owner Clause in Contracts

Delivery by Owner. Owner shall be obligated to deliver the Vessel to Charterer on the Scheduled Delivery Date, as such date may be adjusted in accordance with this Article 3. Simultaneously with acceptance of delivery of the Vessel by Owner under the Building Contract and provided the description, specifications and performance standards of the Vessel conform with those required under this Charter (including but not limited to those specifications and performance standards applicable as an LNGRV and the completion, subject to section 3.3(f), of Xxxxx Trials), Owner shall deliver the Vessel for service under this Charter and execute a Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance in the form of Attachment 2.
