Delivery by Telecopier. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Guaranty Supplement by facsimile or other electronic imaging means (e.g. “pdf” or “tif”) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Guaranty Supplement.
