Delivery, conformity and defects of the Vehicle. 3.1. Unless otherwise agreed, the Vehicle will be delivered to the Lessee at the location of the seller/supplier where the Vehicle was ordered. An indicative delivery period will be communicated to the Lessee by DirectLease.
