Common use of Delivery Following Closing Clause in Contracts

Delivery Following Closing. Concurrently with the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer outside of Escrow: (i) the originals of the Leases; (ii) the originals of the Service Contracts, if any; (iii) all building plans and specifications with respect to the Real Property which are in the possession of Seller or reasonably accessible to Seller or its property manager; (iv) all structural reviews, architectural drawings, engineering, soils, seismic, geologic and architectural reports in the possession of Seller or reasonably accessible to Seller or its property manager; and (v) such other matters and documents in the possession of Seller or reasonably accessible to Seller or to its property manager as Buyer may reasonably request.

Delivery Following Closing. Concurrently with Promptly following the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer outside of EscrowBuyer: (i) the originals original of the LeasesLease(s); (ii) the originals of the Service Contracts, if any; (iii) all building plans and specifications with respect to the Real Property which are in the possession of Seller or reasonably accessible to Seller or its property manager; (iv) all structural reviews, architectural drawings, engineering, soils, seismic, geologic and architectural reports in the possession of Seller or reasonably accessible to Seller or its property manager; and (v) such other matters and documents in the possession of Seller or reasonably accessible to Seller or to its property manager as Buyer may reasonably requestrequest which relate to the Property and are not confidential and/or proprietary.
