Common use of Delivery from the Licensed Service Clause in Contracts

Delivery from the Licensed Service. a. For each Customer Transaction, the applicable Included Program may be Transmitted via Streaming and/or Electronic Downloading, as selected by the Customer, from the Licensed Service to no more than one (1) Approved Device of such Customer. If the Customer elects to receive a Streamed Transmission of an Included Program from the Licensed Service to his Approved Device, the Licensed Service may conduct a “ bandwidth test” during the first two (2) minutes of such Streamed Transmission to determine the technical quality of such Streamed Transmission (a “ Bandwidth Test”). b. Included Programs may not be Transmitted to any Personal Computer in High Definition for viewing in High Definition on a Personal Computer.
