Common use of Delivery of a Drawing Request Clause in Contracts

Delivery of a Drawing Request. The Borrower may utilise the Facility by delivery of a duly completed Drawing Request to the Facility Agent at or before 10:00 a.m. (Paris) time, not less than seven (7) Business Days in advance of the Scheduled Delivery Date of the Purchased Vessel. The Facility Agent shall promptly notify each Lender and the Funding Entity of any Drawing Request by forwarding a copy thereof to each Lender and the Funding Entity, together with its attachments.
