Common use of Delivery of Accountings, Statements and Reports Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Accountings, Statements and Reports. To the extent that the Servicer and the Manager are the same Person, it may, in its sole discretion and to the extent practicable, fulfill its obligations under this Article III and Article III of the Management Agreement with the delivery of one monthly report, one set of financial statements, a single Officer's Certificate (executed in its capacities as both Servicer and Manager) or a single accountants' report, as the case may be.
