Common use of Delivery of Accounts and Records Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Accounts and Records. The Trust will turn over or cause to be turned over to State Street all accounts and records needed by State Street to fully and properly perform its duties and responsibilities hereunder. State Street may rely conclusively on the completeness and correctness of such accounts and records.
