Delivery of Assets to Custodian. Provided they are acceptable to Custodian, the Company shall deliver to Custodian its securities, funds and other assets, including (A) payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Company with respect to its securities, funds or other assets at any time during the term of this Agreement, and (B) funds received by the Company for the issuance, at any time during such term, of its Shares. Custodian shall not be under any duty or obligation to require the Company to deliver to it any of its securities or other assets and shall have no responsibility or liability for or on account of securities or other assets not so delivered.
