Delivery of Assets to Custodian. Provided they are acceptable to Custodian, the Trust shall deliver to Custodian the securities, funds and other assets of each Portfolio, including (a) payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by such Portfolio with respect to securities, funds or other assets owned by such Portfolio at any time during the term of this Agreement, and (b) funds received by such Portfolio for the issuance, at any time during such term, of Shares of such Portfolio. Custodian shall not be under any duty or obligation to require the Trust to deliver to it any securities or other assets owned by a Portfolio and shall have no responsibility or liability for or on account of securities or other assets not so delivered.
