Common use of Delivery of Assets to Custodian Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Trust shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Execution Copy Custodian all of the Trust applicable Securities, cash and other assets, including (a) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Trust with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Trust at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (b) all cash received by the Trust for the issuance, at any time during such period, of shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.

Delivery of Assets to Custodian. The Trust shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Execution Copy Custodian all of the Trust applicable Funds' Securities, cash and other assets, including (a) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by each of the Trust Funds with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by each of the Trust Funds at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (b) all cash received by each of the Trust Funds for the issuance, at any time during such period, of sharesShares.
