Common use of Delivery of Assets to the Custodian Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Assets to the Custodian. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Custodian all of the Company’s applicable Securities, cash and other assets, including (a) all payments of income, payments of principal and capital distributions received by the Company with respect to such Securities, cash or other assets owned by the Company at any time during the period of this Agreement, and (b) all cash received by the Company for the issuance, at any time during such period, of shares. The Custodian shall not be responsible for such Securities, cash or other assets until actually received by it.
