Common use of Delivery of Audit Report and Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Audit Report and Financial Statements. The Company shall have completed the Company’s audited financial statements for all periods required to be filed in a Form 8-K to be filed within four (4) business days following the Closing.

The Company shall have completed the Company’s audited financial statements for all periods required to be filed in a Form 8-K K, including financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, to be filed within four (4) business days following the Closing.

The form and substance of the Company Financial Statements shall be satisfactory to Acquiror Company in its sole and absolute discretion.
