Common use of Delivery of Broker’s Price Opinion Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Broker’s Price Opinion. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Property, Sellers shall have delivered to Buyer a BPO valuation and valuation date, and such other information as may be required by Buyer pursuant to Section 3(b) for such Purchased Asset;
