Common use of Delivery of Cash Payment Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Cash Payment. Not later than two (2) business days ------------------------ after the Confirmation Date, Zhone and the Surviving Corporation shall cause the Exchange Agent to effect the exchange of Certificates representing the CAG Common Stock and Option agreements representing options to purchase CAG Common Stock for the Cash Payment in accordance with the procedures specified in Section 2.8 and the Agreement of Merger.
