Delivery of Certain Written Rating Agency Confirmations. Upon written request of the Program Agent at any time following the issuance of any other Series of Notes on any date after the date hereof, promptly furnish to the Program Agent a copy of each written confirmation received by HVF III from any Rating Agency confirming that the Rating Agency Condition with respect to any Series of Notes Outstanding as of the date of such issuance has been satisfied with respect to such issuance.
