Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. Each Lessee shall, from time to time upon the Lessor’s or the Trustee’s reasonable request, deliver to the Lessor and the Trustee copies of documentation evidencing all insurance required by this Section 5.1.2 that is then in effect. Any insurance, as opposed to self-insurance, obtained by the Lessee shall be obtained from a Qualified Insurer only.
