Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. On or prior to the Initial Closing Date, the Lessee shall deliver to the Lessor, the Trustee and the Collateral Agent a certificate(s) of insurance/self-insurance as to the items required by Section 5.1 herein above. The Lessee shall not change or cancel such insurance/self-insurance without giving at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the Lessor, the Trustee and the Collateral Agent. Any insurance, as opposed to self-insurance, obtained by the Lessee shall be obtained from a Qualified Insurer only.
