Delivery of Certificate of Insurance. Lessee shall deliver to Lessor certificates of insurance evidencing the insurance procured by Lessee, which certificates shall name Lessor as an additional insured together with any lender of Lessor. The Certificates of Insurance shall be delivered by Lessee to Lessor at the time of the execution of the Lease and shall be monitored regularly.
