Common use of Delivery of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Certificate. The Seller, MPC and the Company will each provide to Purchaser certificates, dated as of the Closing Date and signed by the Seller and the presidents of MPC and the Company, respectively, to the effect set forth in Section 7.1 and 7.2 for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of such representations and warranties and the performance and satisfaction of such covenants and conditions.

Delivery of Certificate. The Seller, MPC and the Company Purchaser will each provide to Purchaser the Seller certificates, dated as of the Closing Date and signed by the Seller and the presidents of MPC and the Company, respectivelyits presidents, to the effect set forth in Section 7.1 Sections 8.1 and 7.2 8.2 for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of such representations and warranties and and/or the performance and satisfaction of such covenants and conditions.

The Purchaser shall provide to the Seller, MPC and the Company will each provide to Purchaser certificates, dated as of the Closing Date and signed by the Seller and the presidents of MPC and the Company, respectivelyPurchaser’s President, to the effect set forth in Section 7.1 6.1 and 7.2 6.2 for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of such representations and warranties and the performance and satisfaction of such covenants and conditions.
