Delivery of Certificates, etc. (a) As promptly as practicable after the exercise of any Warrant, and in any event within ten (10) Business Days thereafter (or, if such exercise is in connection with an underwritten Public Offering, concurrently with such exercise), the Company at its expense (other than as to payment of transfer taxes which will be paid by the holder) will cause to be issued and delivered to such holder, or as such holder may otherwise direct in writing (subject to Article 13),
