Common use of Delivery of Certificates; Execution of Series Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Certificates; Execution of Series Documents. On the Closing Date, the Owner Trustee shall execute and authenticate the Series 2003-A Transferor Certificates in accordance with Section 3.03 of the Master Trust Agreement and deliver them to the order of the Depositor when authenticated. The Owner Trustee is further authorized to execute and deliver the Series 2003-A Transaction Documents.
