Delivery of Certificates to Security Holder. The Escrow Agent will, as soon as reasonably practicable after the applicable release date or after receipt by the Escrow Agent of the notice from the Security Holder, whichever is later, deliver to or at the direction of the Security Holder, certificates evidencing the Securities released from escrow on the applicable release date.
