Common use of Delivery of Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Closing Certificate. Buyer shall have delivered to the Company a certificate of a senior vice president of Buyer dated the Closing Date upon which the Company can rely, certifying that the statements made in Sections 11.1 and 11.2 are true, correct and complete as of the Closing Date.
