Common use of Delivery of Collateral to Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Collateral to Collateral Agent. (a) Periodically, the Borrower may deliver Mortgage Loan Collateral to the Collateral Agent to hold as bailee for the Administrative Agent. Each delivery shall be made in association with an Assignment to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the holders of the Obligations, in all Mortgage Loans, Take-Out Commitments and related Collateral delivered with or described in such Assignment or any schedules thereto. The Borrower shall use the form of Assignment provided for in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
