Common use of Delivery of Collections Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Collections. If the Transferor, the Seller or any Affiliate thereof receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred to the Issuer by the Transferor, the Transferor and the Seller will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments as soon as practicable after receipt thereof, but in no event later than two Business Days after receipt.

Delivery of Collections. If the Transferor, the Seller or any Affiliate thereof receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred to the Issuer by the TransferorReceivables, the Transferor and the Seller will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments as soon as practicable after receipt thereofreceipt, but in no event later than two Business Days after receipt.

If the Transferor, the Seller or any Affiliate thereof of its Affiliates receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred to the Issuer by the TransferorSold Receivables, the Transferor and the Seller will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments as soon as practicable after receipt thereof, but in no event later than two Business Days after receiptreceipt and application to the Sold Receivables.

If the TransferorDepositor, the Seller or any Affiliate thereof of their Affiliates receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred to the Issuer by the TransferorSold Receivables, the Transferor and Depositor or the Seller Seller, as applicable, will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments as soon as practicable after receipt thereof, but in no event later than two Business Days after receiptreceipt and application to the Sold Receivables.

If In the Transferorevent that such Seller receives Collections, the such Seller or any Affiliate thereof receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred agrees to the Issuer by the Transferor, the Transferor and the Seller will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments received by the Seller in respect of the Receivables as soon as practicable after receipt thereofthereof by such Seller, but in no event later than two Business Days after receiptthe receipt by such Seller thereof.

Delivery of Collections. If In the Transferorevent that the Seller receives Collections, the Seller or any Affiliate thereof receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred agrees to the Issuer by the Transferor, the Transferor and the Seller will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments received by the Seller in respect of the Receivables with respect to any Account as soon as practicable after receipt thereofthereof by the Seller, but in no event later than two (2) Business Days after receiptthe receipt by the Seller thereof. Receipt by the Seller's Affiliates of payments in respect of Asset-Based Receivables shall be deemed to be received by the Seller upon receipt by such Affiliates.

If the Transferor, the Seller or any Affiliate thereof receives payments in respect of the Transferred Receivables transferred to the Issuer by the Transferoror Interests in Other Floorplan Assets, the Transferor and the Seller will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments as soon as practicable after receipt thereofreceipt, but in no event later than two Business Days after receipt.

If the Transferor, the Seller or any Affiliate thereof receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred to the Issuer by the TransferorReceivables, the Transferor and the Seller will pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments as soon as practicable after receipt thereof, but in no event later than two Business Days after such receipt.

If In the Transferor, event that the Seller or any Affiliate thereof receives payments in respect of the Receivables transferred to the Issuer by the TransferorReceivables, the Transferor and the Seller will agrees to pay or cause to be paid to the Servicer or any Successor Servicer all such payments received thereby in respect of the Receivables as soon as practicable after receipt thereof, but in no event later than two Business Days after receiptthe receipt by the Seller thereof.
