Common use of Delivery of Comfort Letters Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Comfort Letters. The Underwriters shall have received at the Closing Time a letter dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters, addressed to the Underwriters from PWC, confirming the continued accuracy of the comfort letter to be delivered to the Underwriters pursuant to section 4(a)(iv) with such changes as may be necessary to bring the information in such letter forward to a date not more than two Business Days prior to the Closing Date, which changes shall be acceptable to the Underwriters.
