Delivery of Commingled Grain. The Warehouse Operator must deliver to the depositor or lawful owner, upon demand, grain of the kind, quantity, numerical grade, and class as obligated or better, as determined by a licensed inspector and/or weigher or an official inspection certificate issued by an FGIS official service provider. The conditions for delivery are (each of the following): A. proper presentation of documents of title; and B. payment of all accrued charges associated with the storage of grain, if requested by the Warehouse Operator.
