Common use of Delivery of Consideration Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Consideration. In consideration for the sale of the ------------------------- Station Assets to Buyer, in addition to the assumption of certain obligations of Seller pursuant to Section 2.1 above, Buyer shall, at the Closing (as hereinafter defined), deliver to Seller TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS ($20,000,000) by wire transfer of immediately available funds, subject to adjustment pursuant to the provisions of Sections 3.2 and 3.3 below (the "Purchase Price").
