Delivery of Copies to Authorized Representatives. The Issuer will deliver to each Authorized Representative a copy of each Officers’ Certificate delivered to the Collateral Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1(b), together with copies of all documents delivered to the Collateral Trustee with such Officers’ Certificate. The Authorized Representatives will not be obligated to take notice thereof or to act thereon, subject to Section 4.1(d).
