Common use of Delivery of Coupon sheets by Issuer Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Coupon sheets by Issuer. The Issuer shall, in relation to any Definitive Notes to which a Talon is attached upon the initial delivery thereof, on each occasion on which a Talon becomes exchangeable for further Coupons, not less than five Local Banking Days before the date on which the final Coupon comprised in any Coupon sheet (which includes a Talon) matures (the "Talon Exchange Date"), ensure that there is delivered to the Fiscal Agent such number of Coupon sheets as may be required in order to enable the Paying Agents to fulfil their obligation under Clause 4.15 (Delivery of Coupon sheets by Paying Agents).
