Delivery of Credit Files. The Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Custodian, in form and method reasonably acceptable to the Custodian, and on a date mutually agreed upon by and among the parties hereto, a data tape (which shall include the (a) Mortgage Loan number, (b) borrower first name, (c) borrower last name and (d) property address for each Mortgage Loan) (the “Data Tape”), and, to the extent made available to the Depositor, the following images, to be held by the Custodian for the benefit of the Trustee:
