Delivery of Definitive Bonds. Subject to receipt by the Principal Paying Agent of Definitive Bonds in accordance with Clause 3.1 (Availability), the Principal Paying Agent shall, against presentation or (as the case may be) surrender to it or to its order of the Permanent Global Bond and in accordance with the terms thereof, authenticate and deliver Definitive Bonds in the required aggregate principal amount to the bearer of the Permanent Global Bond; provided, however, that each Definitive Bond shall at the time of its delivery have attached thereto only such Coupons as shall ensure that neither loss nor gain accrues to the bearer thereof.
