Delivery of Delphi Technologies Stock. On or prior to the Distribution Date, Aptiv shall deliver to the Agent, for the benefit of the Record Holders, duly executed transfer forms for such number of the outstanding shares of Delphi Technologies Stock as is necessary to effect the Distribution.
