Delivery of Disclosure Schedules. Seller shall have delivered to Buyer complete and final Disclosure Schedules and such Disclosure Schedules must have been determined to be acceptable by Buyer in its sole discretion. Seller shall use its best efforts to prepare and deliver to Buyer complete and final Disclosure Schedules within 30 days after the date of this Agreement, and in any event not less than seven business days prior to the scheduled date for Closing.
