Delivery of Documents at Closing. At the time of Closing, Seller shall deliver to Purchaser originals or copies of any additional documents, instruments, records, keys and other Personal Property to be conveyed hereunder in the possession of Seller or its agents which are necessary for the ownership and operation of the Golf Course.
